CCPP HAIMING
OMV Power International (OPI) is developing a gas fired combined cycle power plant in the industrial area in Haiming, approx. 100 km east of Munich. The site is adjacent to the areals of Borealis resp. OMV Refinery. The foreseen capacity is 800 MW. This is the first project of its type for OMV in Germany, the location very attractiv, as it is in the “Bavarian Chemical Industry Triangle” with high energy demand.
Pöyry Energy GmbH was appointed by OPI as “Owner’s Engineer”. On behalf of Pöyry Energy GmbH, parts of the layout design and the complete civil works permit design is carried out by convex ZT GmbH.
