RATHAUSGASSE 38, GLEISDORF
The former county nursing home in Gleisdorf will be expanded and converted in a residential complex with 53 flats with sizes between 40 – 90 m², with a total useful area of 3.650 m². Great attention is being paid to the sustainability of the rehabilitation and energy efficiency of the project. The project was awarded with the 2nd place in the national Grand Prix Coronati competition.
On behalf of the owner, convex ZT GmbH was responsible for the structural design.
